We are currently seeking a contract Administration Assistant / PA on behalf of our client during a busy period. The successful candidate will primarily support the Executive team.

Your role will involve the following:

  • Meet and greet customers at reception
  • High level admin support to senior executives
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Filing, photocopying, and archiving papers/documents.
  • Provide general office support to staff as requested.

You must have the following skills and experience:

  • 3 + years strong administration skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • The ability to operate autonomously and as part of a team
