We are currently seeking a contract Administration Assistant / PA on behalf of our client during a busy period. The successful candidate will primarily support the Executive team.
Your role will involve the following:
- Meet and greet customers at reception
- High level admin support to senior executives
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Filing, photocopying, and archiving papers/documents.
- Provide general office support to staff as requested.
You must have the following skills and experience:
- 3 + years strong administration skills
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- The ability to operate autonomously and as part of a team
