Setting the standard in their field is normal, so we’re looking to find an EA to support the CEO and Executive Team.

The Position

The role will perform all executive duties for the CEO. The diversity and variety of the role will ensure no given day is the same. Responsibilities include diary management, document preparation, managing special projects, minute taking, presentations, interstate, and international travel bookings, organising conferences, functions, and meetings, and assisting the Executive team as required.

Skills and experience  

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in an EA/PA role with a preference to have supported C and D levels. You will be meticulous with your attention to detail and be strong across the whole MS Office suite. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working both 1 on 1, and with the Executive team. It is essential that you can work independently with the confidence to make decisions. This is a fast-paced role that requires a blend of unique skills.
