Our Recruitment Methodology
MYKEY People uses Select Plus TM, which is a recent recruitment methodology designed by organisational psychologists with years of experience in the Australian recruitment industry.
Applying the Select Plus TM methodology is particularly important when recruiting for hard to fill roles, as it makes full use of the available talent pool by identifying the candidates strengths as well as potential deficits, which might need to be managed if offered the position.
